Requirements 

• Experience preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lead, train, and be a team player

• Self-motivated, organized, strong work ethic, focused, positive attitude, dependable, and attentive to details

• Plant identification is a plus

• CDL-A preferred 

Duties

• Model of excellence in safety and work ethic

• Installing hardscapes per blueprints

• Grading and site work

• Planting of trees, shrubs, ground-covers, and flowers

• Mulching

• Loading and unloading plant materials

• Operating small power equipment, skid steer, and mini-excavator
